Summary

  1. clarified InstallPath: relative to self-extracting exe; support for AutoInstall (option -ai);
  2. prefer HTTPS;
  3. eliminated old com.apple.eawt.FullScreenUtilities.setWindowCanFullScreen: appears to be unnecessary on newer versions of Mac OS X;
  4. back to gz for linux (and macos) -- xz is too slow and cumbersome;
